Grey Names New U.S. Leadership to Drive Growth

Grey has announced a new leadership team for its U.S. offices, appointing Agnes Fischer as U.S. CEO and Samira Ansari as U.S. Chief Creative Officer.

This move brings Grey’s New York and Cincinnati teams together under one clear vision — to help clients grow and create better opportunities for creative talent across the country.

Agnes has been leading Grey New York and has already brought in new clients like Mary Kay and Almond Board of California. She also helped deliver a successful Super Bowl campaign for Angel Soft. She is known for her clear thinking, strong leadership, and strategic approach.

Samira joins from Ogilvy and is known for her bold, creative work. She has helped lead award-winning campaigns and worked with global brands like Coca-Cola.

Agnes shared that Samira brings fresh thinking and fearless creativity, especially in using new ideas like AI to create impactful campaigns.

Samira said she is excited to create work that is both effective and meaningful, and to build something great together.

Together, they will align Grey’s creative, strategy, and client teams across the U.S., making it easier for clients to access top talent and deliver smooth, end-to-end solutions — from design and user experience to the full customer journey.
